ANGP Committee

Below are the collaborative governing teams of the Saint Peter High School All Night Graduation Party in partnership with the Saint Peter High School.

Communications:

Duties include:  meeting agenda, meeting minutes, maintain website, work w Finance Lead on electronic donations, work w school to send mass email to families, social media posts

 

Finance: 

Duties include:  maintain banking records, track account credits/debits, report financials to leads, work with communications lead on electronic donations, write checks to accounts payable 

 

Fundraising:

Duties include:  seek out and organize fundraising events, work with Volunteer Lead to recruit volunteers to work events, report earnings to Finance Lead

 

Games/Entertainment: 

Duties include:  design games, write up descriptions, rules and logistics, schedule timeline for evening, work with Prizes Lead to coordinate winnings prizes, work with Volunteer Lead to schedule volunteers to set up, work, and clean up event, organize music and entertainment if needed

 

Prizes: 

Duties include:  purchase prizes, logistics with distribution and storage of prizes, work with Games and Finance Leads


Event Venue:

Duties include:  find and secure venue, plan and purchase decorations, work with committee to come up with a safety and security plan

Volunteers: 

Duties include: set up Sign-up Genius, work with Fundraising and Games Leads

 

Food:

Duties include:  menu planning and purchasing, utensils, seek out food/drink donations, dining set up
